Yoga classes
We believe that a mindful movement practice is vital to creating a healthy community with healthy individuals who can thrive. Yoga supports physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing complementing the work of the herbs. Our ancestors throughout history have always prescribed herbs along with diet and lifestyle recommendations.
Classes are offered on a sliding scale.
Aberfoyle: Tuesday 7.30pm at Aberfoyle Village Hall
Gartmore Village Hall: Monday 6-7pm
We work with Forth Valley Welcome to deliver yoga classes to Refugees in the Stirling area.
