Herbal Yoga

The class will start with a herbal tea meditation using calming, nervine teas which may help to transition you from the busy world outside to slow down and connect with your body.  We will then use mindful movements - elements of yoga, functional fitness, pilates and flow - to create a strong and dynamic core and flexibility.  

All profits from these classes will go towards funding classes and workshops for underserved populations.
