My Yoga is all about self care, nurturing compassion for yourself and others and developing self awareness through yoga practices.

I teach a delicate and creative blend of asana, mudra, sound, breathing and meditation in fluid movement and in stillness. This blend aims to bring an awareness of our connection to nature and elemental rhythms. I promote self practice and encourage you to find yoga practices that will suit you.

I teach with care, compassion and a commitment to understanding and honouring traditional practices in the modern world.
