Community Learning Apothecary

Welcome to our community learning apothecary. 

Join us:

 

Glasgow: every Thursday 1pm at Milk

Stirling: monthly at Transition Stirling

 

Neilston: monthly at Incredible Edible Garden


 

  • Each week is different we might make herbal remedies, herbal body care products, foods, herbal crafts or plant art.

  • We make remedies for you to take away.

  • We teach you new skills.

  • We run Solidarity Medicine Making sessions where we make remedies for other groups 

  • We go on foraging walks.

  • We grow herbs in our herb plot at the Govanhill Community Garden and Neilston Community Garden.

  • We learn, chat, taste, explore, craft and develop a community around herbs and wellbeing.



Extra remedies that we make will be available for free or by donation in at our Community Herbal Apothecaries.  These can be found in Milk, Refuweegee, Neilston and Stirling Community Food Hub.

These workshops are offered on a sliding scale.
 
Children are welcome.

No experience needed.

Drop in - no booking needed

All activities take place at the planter on Kirkstyle Lane.
