Amy works across artistic, movement, herbal and horticultural disciplines, unified by the motivation for healing, whether that's soil, emotional, ecosystem or physical health. She trained professionally in contemporary dance, which informs her somatic approach to healing practices, as well as being a recent graduate of the Herbology diploma at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. She has also trained and worked extensively across the horticultural & agricultural sectors, including as an organic flower grower, florist, landscape gardener and growing vegetables! She is a passionate forager and incorporates these local plant medicines into seasonal herbal remedies that she sells through her small business, The Remedy Workshop.
