Yoga, Mindfulness & Life Coach Facilitator


After more than 12 years working in activism and public engagement, leading national and global campaigns on issues including climate change and human rights with an international NGO Sarah decided to seek out a better work/life balance and retrained as a Life Coach, offering a holistic approach to wellbeing, helping others protect their energy and avoid burnout. 


Sarah now runs The Nest, a little wellbeing studio in Balfron, Stirlingshire where she offers weekly mindfulness group sessions for adults, in person and online 1:1 wellbeing coaching, and yoga and mindfulness classes for children and young people. She is currently completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Shanti Yoga Glasgow. 


Over the last few years Sarah has also been part of a mentoring project with refugee and asylum seeking women in Glasgow and helped set up a community food garden in her local community.
